This certified organic hand soap from Meraki is called Northern Dawn and cleans your hands in a gentle manner. An organic carrot extract has a nourishing and moisturising effect while a parsley extract nourishes and cleanses your skin. The natural skin barrier is strengthened by a moisturising active from sugar beets. Certified organic by ECOCERT Cosmos. Note: Combine with a wall mounting for practical storage.

Wet your hands, apply a suitable amount and lather well. Rinse with water. Suitable for daily use and for all skin types.

Notes: Fresh orange, cedarwood and sweet balsamic.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Online Purchases:

If for any reason you are unhappy with your online purchase you may return it within seven working days of delivery for a refund.

All refunds will be credited with the same payment as the original purchase.

In Store Purchases:

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it within fourteen working days for a store credit note.

For vintage goods a credit note can be issued.

Please email your receipt and a brief reason why you would like to return the item to returns@darlingandgold.com.

Goods must be returned with all labels attached and in an unworn/unused condition and the included returns form must be filled out.

The customer is responsible for the safekeeping of the goods and safe passage back to us and we do not except liability for goods that have been damaged or lost in transit back to us. Please ensure that you correctly package the goods for their return and provide a tracking number for the item so it’s whereabouts can be accounted for.

FAULTY, MISSING OR DAMAGED GOODS

Replacement or refunds will be offered for faulty or damaged goods. Please notify us within 24 hours of the receiving the goods by emailing us at returns@darlingandgold.com with a copy of your receipt and a brief explanation of the problem.

CANCELATIONS

If you wish to cancel an order please telephone or email us as soon as possible as we do try to process orders as quickly as possible and if the goods have already been dispatched you will need to return them to us in accordance with our returns policy.
